Almada proudly presents the turnkey renovation project for South Valley University (SVU) in the vibrant city of Qena. This transformative initiative is designed to elevate the university’s infrastructure, combining modern design with functionality to meet the diverse needs of academic and administrative spaces.

The scope of this turnkey project covers the complete renovation of South Valley University, spanning an expansive Built-Up Area (B.U.A) of 9000 square meters. Almada undertakes the responsibility of transforming SVU into a modern and efficient academic institution, emphasizing quality and precision in every aspect.

Duration:
With a commitment to efficiency and excellence, the renovation project is set to be completed within a timeframe of 12 months. Almada’s dedicated team will work diligently to ensure the timely delivery of a revamped South Valley University that aligns with the university’s vision and requirements.

Key Components:

  1. VIP Hall (Seating for 390):
    The centerpiece of the renovation project is the VIP Hall, designed to accommodate up to 390 individuals. Renovations will focus on creating a grand and versatile space, suitable for a range of academic, cultural, and administrative events.
  2. Meeting Rooms:
